STEP 1: We use a Trip Planning call to understand what you want to do and see.
Feel free to use one of our built itineraries or create something entirely custom based upon your needs. Our Outdoor Specialists can translate what you like to do into an amazing experience. We craft reservations based upon your RV, equipment, location and trip length preferences, even if you have your own rig or equipment.
STEP 2: We send you a custom itinerary
Once we understand your needs, we take the time to craft an itinerary that includes all the elements to have an amazing time outdoors. Feel free to customize and provide feedback, so that you feel entirely comfortable about providing a 50% deposit. With your deposit, we will start making reservations.
STEP 3: Our work begins!
With your deposit, we put together all the pieces to ensure you have a seamless experience. Outside of the reservations, we also build your Trip Package. This includes ideal routes, directions, knowledge about the local gems, places to eat and best things to see!
STEP 4: Get ready for departure
60 days prior to your trip the remaining trip balance is owed. Upon receipt of payment, we provide the detailed Trip Package and detailed instructions as to how you can conduct all aspects of your trip - all you need to do is enjoy the outdoors!
STEP 5: Have fun!
Once your trip begins, we are here for you every step of the way. You’ll have 24x7 access to our trip planner, roadside assistance and RV mobile repair technician. Enjoy the outdoors!
